Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Sometimes faster, sometimes a little slower — we’ll get it out as soon as we can.
- Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. Expect anywhere from a couple of days to a few weeks for delivery.
- We use a variety of carriers and shipping methods. Carrier choice may depend on package size, destination, and cost.
- Tracking may be provided for most orders. If tracking isn’t available, we’ll do our best to help locate your package.
- Shipping costs vary by order size, weight, and destination. Occasionally we’ll offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
- International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, or import taxes — those are the buyer’s responsibility.
- If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. We’ll do our best to help, but resolution times can vary.
- Address errors: make sure your shipping address is correct. We aren’t responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Returns and exchanges: handled separately (see our returns policy). Shipping for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to delay, change, or cancel shipments for operational reasons; we’ll notify you if that happens.
